I would like to share with you another observation regarding one of your technical employees handling a service call today.
On July 1st I had made a service call for a condensation problem with my upstairs air handler. This note is just to say that I was very pleased with the service call. This call was in response to one of those "pre-vacation" semi-urgent ones you must receive often. The service call was handled by Jake and as usual, he arrived on time and was courteous throughout. Jake took the time to explain to me what he thought was the problem, a stuck damper, and how he was going to approach the solution. Most importantly, he solved the condensation problem and the system is running fine. Thanks to Kyle and Ryan for their re-insulation work. My thanks also go out to Darren for his concern that the job was done correctly! We can now leave on vacation with added piece of mind.
I also would like to note the office staff (Brittany and Michelle) for their cheerful and pro-active responses to the telephone inquiries. These are often the overlooked staff that make a business a success. I really appreciate Carolina Comfort's quick response and its being my part of my home team!
