Carolina Comfort, Inc. was formed in 1993 in Newberry, South Carolina by its president & CEO Rich Mitchell. As CCI grew, Rich was soon joined by long time friend and service technician Steven Faust. Today, Carolina Comfort, Inc. employs over 35 people with over 200 years of experience between its officers and staff.

Rich and his staff want everyone to feel like family. He has always believed that honesty, integrity and good quality service is the only way to do business. He is a true believer in God's Power to Bless people. Rich has always told anyone who asks, "Carolina Comfort is God's company, I was just the one that was lucky enough to run it.”

With a new 15,000 sq ft office and warehouse facility, CCI can offer the service of a full metal & welding shop to their clients. As Carolina Comfort, Inc. moves into the future, they'll continue to keep 100% customer satisfaction as their main focus.
